02, Vedessä, is an album about open waters and vulnerability. Compositionally centred around a self-playing patch, in which the harmonies of an organ drone run a sequenced tone cluster, its three pieces were inspired by body-related shame and anxiety, and how swimming in an ocean for the first time since my teenage years relieved these feelings.

This music is about feeling your body react to cool water, the weightlessness when submerged, realising the vastness of an ocean, and feeling at peace sitting on seaside rocks, watching sunlight glimmer on water's ripply surface.
